Prospect Local Bar & Kitchen and Roof Sixty-Six Bar came together in the heart of Tulsa’s historic Blue Dome District to bring locally sourced, chef-driven food and drink to downtown. Our team is led by Chef Kevin, who got his start in the kitchens of Beaver Creek, Colorado before bringing that same passion, creativity, and hands-on approach to Tulsa. From weekend brunch and evening dinners at Prospect to rooftop cocktails at Roof Sixty-Six — including drinks made with honey from our own rooftop beehive — every dish and pour is built around seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and a genuine love for this city.
